Mapping D-pad/X axis & Y axis on Android?

Hello there. Long time no see

I've been using Xwave joypad since yesterday, and it's working pretty good, except D-pad buttons are not working.

I guess it's because other buttons are mapped as "button 1" , "button 2" etc. but d-pad is mapped as something like "d-pad left" or "x-axis+" and the Android can't interpret it. They're recognized thou, as blue selector appear when using it, but it only appears, and doesn't move left or right according to buttons.

Is there any app which could map those buttons, or a certain file in system that could be modified so that it enables the D-pad?

Problems with fastboot

Hello,

As title says, I have problems connecting to fastboot:

I once successfully access fastboot and flashed a kernel and installed custom ROM on my device, but, when I tried to connect it again after a while, it couldn't connect, it stays at "<waiting for device>". I've tried many drivers, including the one from Flashtool folder, but in vain.

When connecting, the LED goes blue, and Device Manager recognizes it as "SEMC Flash Device". When I uninstall the drivers and connect again, it briefly shows "s1BootFastboot" with an yellow triangle on icon, before going to "SEMC Flash Device" again.

Is it possible that there's an error in phone? Or I'm doing something wrong with drivers? Can someone post drivers and detailed way on how to install them on Windows XP?
