I am not the original creator of this tutorial or any other files. Just merely redirecting the original tutorial and making it simpler.
You can find the original topic here
Thanks to Kusa123for the script & the original tutorial.
Thanks to DooMLoRD for his Easy Rooting Toolkit.
Step 1: if the device is not rooted, downgrade to 4.0.2.A.0.58 or older version using flashtool or wotanserver. (no need to unlock bootloader).
Step 2: Download
ST15i touch screen issue.rar 1.44MB
169 downloads
Step 3: Extract the file and run the calibrate.bat file and follow the onscreen instructions. The device will reboot, then calibration should be done.
There you go. Now you phone is free from those crazy cupid auto touches.
Enjoy.

[PROBLEM] ST15i ( xperia mini)
13 June 2012 - 02:14 AM
Hi there every one. Lets get to the topic.
I brought a xperia mini few months ago. Now it starts going crazy with the two touch button residing nearby the home screen. It automatically just bleeps ever time i start the phone.
I have tried updating it, flashtool with proper firmware. But the problem remains no matter what i do.
And the hardware was never damaged, as a matter of fact it never fell off from any heights.
Any suggestions people here about what should i do?
