I been having problems with my Sms sending or receiving text messages. I have a w810i and i was trying to follow the tutorial in order to increase my inbox limit not knowing that it was only for cid 36 phones. Now I face a difficult decision about reflashing my main and fs so then i could restore all my original settings. I was wondering if that is a wise decision to do. I'm thinking I would lose all my customizations but I could always put them back in (audio, camera and flash themes file) using far manager. If I reflash it, then I would be hoping my text messaging service will be still there.

or undo the changes you did with prefstore.txt
( = /smsdata)

None Of This Stuff works. I tried both of your ideas. I got the problem to be fixed. What you have to do is reflash your phone. You have to reflash your main and fs.
