Just finishd flashing my k800, all went smooth, took just 1 hour
AND THEN...its dead.
wont power on, red led flash 6times = EROM error.

Pls can someone supply me with a new erom for CID 49 Red K800.
Im desperate here!!!

If i try and restart from the ground up, ie the main, this is what i get:

Hmm, TopSony has erom flashes which can be flashed with XS++. Ask in the Firmware request thread and I'm sure someone will be happy to help you.

Get the USB Flash driver (Look around,wotan and http://www.kulankend...Strona=download have it

Get WotanClient (www.wotanserver.com)

Do not register, buy credits, or fill in login details. Leave username/password blank.

Press and hold the TWO and FIVE (2 and 5) buttons on the numeric keypad on your phone simultaneously and connect the DCU-60 (USB to SE fastport) cable to your phone. Do not let go of the 2 and 5 buttons.

If the USB Flash driver is not yet installed, you will get a new hardware dialog from windows. Point it to the ggsemc.inf file you downloaded.

When the driver installed successfully, press the Start button in WotanClient.

The log should read:

@Rekoil: At topsony there are only FOTA EROMs, which are quite useless in this case. FOTA EROMs are not the same and can not revive a phone.

I have the same thing wrong with my phone but when i use the 2 and 5 in wotan it says upgrade failed what shall i do?

only thing is my red leds did blink but dont anymore and the fone still wont turn on but i get same log in fone xs

Ok im needing a quick answer if thats ok people, iv been to pick up my k800 from "Mobile Mania" repair shop today and he said, that he'll try to fix my phone using SE Tool and if he succeeds then he'll charge 20 UK pounds (baring in mind the computer is oblivious to the phone even while holding 2+5), but if he cannot he says its gonna cost 10 pounds as he still needs to run it through the SE Tool server, iv tried the wotan trick no luck by the way, anyway my point is should i let him have a crack at fixing the phone and risk paying 10 round even if it dont work (seems a bit shady to me),
About the problem:
im definatly getting the 6 flash's from the ir port signaling EROM damage, but i also get 1 long flash from the ir port (always before i get the 6) so maybe there's more to it then an EROM failure, iv tried hooking it upto the computer and it dont even say unknown hardware detected never mind FOUND new hardware and thats even holding 2+5 (thats why she's at service).
Repair mans tools:
the repair guy ONLY has SE Tool complete with SE Tools version of the cruiser (thats provided with SE Tool), BUT he did try while i was watching and he couldnt even read the CID (his computer still showed no signs of anything being plugged in).
can anyone with experience with SE Tool please give me a clue to the percentage that he will actually be able to fix the phone or not, as he says even if he cannot fix the phone then its still going to COST me 10 UK pounds as he still needs to pay to run it through the server, but im guessing that if the phone is NOT detectable then he cannot run it through the server so should cost nothing, am i right? iv no experience in the phone fixing stuff and sounds like he's just trying to make quick money by saying he's ran it through and he cannot fix it and pocketing the easiest 10 pound he's ever made lol, so could someone please give me advice on what to do, should i let him have a go or not? and also can you run an undetectable phone through SE Tools server? im going back down tomorrow so really need a quick answer, thanks for any advice
