I have a few contracts with different networks. My K700 and S700 are on O2; my V800 is on Vodafone UK and my P900 and T68i are on Orange. I do have a T630, which is on T-Mobile, but I am giving that to my best chum.

Yep, when I called them to confirm cancellation of my contract, cause it was canceled three months previously, but I went to America for holiday with the missus lol
When we came back they had taken 3 months line rental even tho cpw said all is good.
We called them he told me to "F-OFF your one customer in millions" and hung up, so I called back and gave them what for.....
Worst bit is they couldn't/wouldn't find a record of the call either

I would not be happy with that sort of treatment at all. I usually make a point of bypassing all lower members of staff if something like that happens and go direct to the person in charge. I don't care if I have to speak with the CEO of a company, but I make a point of going to the absolute highest auhtority in that company and I jolly well give them what for.
When you are able to mention the fact that you can cancel several contracts and take away corporate custom they suddenly become very interested.

Jolly good showing, that's the spirit. I remember having a spot of bother with the CPW that wasn't resolved until I told them that unless they jolly well got their act together my lawyers would be in touch.
I really do get ticked off when companies decide that they will treat their customers with contempt.

I'm on O2-UK, which (just) have the best coverage where I live, but I think I have a preference for Orange, better customer services, delivery reports on texts, and better signal at my girlfriend's house!
Although O2 still haven't gotten round to charging me for GPRS, and that wasn't a hint for them to start!

I'm on Orange UK, had contracts with T-Mobile, O2 and Voda and they all sucked, Orange has been brillaint so far, even got a same day replacement when my P800 died
