So, i have a few questions about flashing my w810i. Im trying to get Flash Menu's to work and apparently i need to "flash" my phone.

*I don't know if this has anything to do with preventing me from flashing?

My Questions are:

1. How do I know which firmware to download for my Country/Service Provider?
2. Will this affect my service provider in anyway?
3. What are the risk involved, and the odd's of one happening?
