FS = filesystem. be careful, you ll lose everything. when flashing a FS, always upload a custompack.

yes, i take the battery out for 5-7 secs.....

i was thinking another thing, if i just flash the fake first, which opens up the FS and make changes and then flash it back the MAIN.

would it change my settings etc? or settings only changes when we flash FS?

thanks so much guys, I finally unbranded it, but I think I have a problem or maybe not, when I turn on my cellphone, it takes so long to search, and then it goes into black and white screen, never had that problem before...

I need flash themes now, anyone have tutorial?

edit: figured out how to add flash menu, but I still have the problem of the phone starting, it freezes at "searching" it then goes into a black and then white screen

and now I have this file transferring problem as well, when I plug in the USB cable, the "USB connection" window will pop up, but now I can't press the "File Transer" button, it just freezes

any solution?

you're supposed to first flash the fake, then open up FAR and edit the FS, and then flash back the MAIN.

and you will only loose settings if you flash FS.

btw ever heard of the EDIT-feature? don't post like 5 in a row.

every post is for different thing, plus when ever i get an idea i quickly post before forgetting it. and if i have all the things in one post, it will be so confusing for me and for other newbie’s if they have the same problem and looking for a fix.

Umm... im gonna use XS++. lol Coz as ive mentioned before, flashing during the breakin loader(5 blocks) always hangs... so im using bruteforce.

its normal, seems like a bug in xs++. after the message "finishing flash" you can manually stop the flashing procedure and close xs++.

Yup.. but when I manually stop and connect it to FAR, it doesnt recognize my phone.. so im assuming something went wrong with the breakin.

hey guys, if I flash my W810i (from Canada) with a Hong Kong R4DB005 firmware, will it work the same as the American version?? since I want the Chinese language and also the English.....the Hong Kong R4DB005 do have both languages right?
