Hi forum! guy’s, to end up all your w800 to w810 dreams,
I did a little experiment (‘coz no one dares). I flashed
my k750i @ w800i to w810i with FAR Manager. But
Before that, I tried to flash it with (the awesome!) Gflash,
Tried MAIN first, but no activity, then, FS, just up to 1%.
Same thing with XS++, lots of errors. So, I used the ultimate
SE file hacking FAR Manager. I flashed again the MAIN, and
it all went in. Then, with FS on next, it can only go up 70 to 71%
and I got an error message (invalid address or something). So, in the end,
my phone went DEAD!!!, but, of course I backed up everything
(Remember to back up your GDFS! ) before I did this crazy experiment.

Just, for the thrill! For the benefit of the doubt!

The result of FS flashing: failed! Error on block address! So, I hope this will end
the dreams and speculations of converting w800 to w810 cp units.

(I used GFLASH to flash back my to w800)

Warning: If you’re not sure of what you’re doing! Don’t try this at home!

Reminder! Always backup your files before flashing!!!

if your pc can still detect your phone, you have a good chance of
recovering your phone. meaning, if your phone power on still works.
use Gflash its the most easy tool for flashing cid36 phones!

then if you saved you your original GDFS files (which i hope you do!)
copy back it in. you can use TOPSONY.com for the tutorials using FAR Manager.

Please study first the step by step before continuing the operations.

if your phone is dead, meaning you cannot power on, you will need a service cable or
might as well send it to a service center!

good luck!
