elm restarting a lot help

My se elm is restarting too many times. pls help
I have already reset it once

what did you do with it and when does it restart?

Search for the tutorials.
Read the tutorials.
Download everything you need.
Flash your phone.

Actually it restarts anytime .even when the phone is not in use . Pls help urgent

Is flashing same as factory reseting or software update

You don't know how to use google?

Flashing isn't the same as factory reset.
Flashing is installing the phone software/firmware/OS (it could be whole, or partial of it).
Flashing can be updating, but also can be downgrading the software version.
