My Satio is dead only a red light and a whitescreen of sony ericsson word that shows up when i turn on the phone, can any one guide me on how to repair it, what software do i need?

Try updating it with update service: http://www.sonymobil...software-ps201/

i did try the seus, when the time it download the file, the satio suddenly disconnected and the update failed. I will try again to see if it working or not.
