Announced a couple of months ago, neo L was initially assigned to be only for the Chinese market but lately the phone made an appearance in the global website which prompts us to think that it is ready to release worldwide.

Xperia neo L has a a single-core 1GHz Scorpion processor and Adreno 205 GPU, packs a 4" FWVGA display, a 5MP snapper with 720p video recording. The phone resembles the 2011 Xperia lineup in design and hardware specifications but Sony has promised Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box.
