i think so....
i  put VolumeChnager.elf in phone/other/Zbin
VolumeControl.bcfg in card/other/Zbin/Config
and the images in card/other/Zbin/Config/VolumeControl/

i scanned my elves with SWIS 2.1 and it says there's some functions missing: 177 1BB 24B 3D5. my question is how to add these functions to my lib.vkp? (w660 R8BB001) i think the VolumeChanger isnt working because its missing the 3D5.... thanks a lot for your help

open your lib.vkp and paste this anywhere

Or just put it to config folder on phone.

If you'd read the guide you wouldn't need to ask such questions.
