I can't find CDA for US for Elm.
I have all CDA list for Elm (I copied from my friend's SEtool CDA collection for DB3350), but none of them is for US country.

What full features do you want?
There's no obvious feature difference between any country, the only differences you're gonna find are languages, preloaded contents (sometimes), some settings, and some other customizations.

Then I will upload that .xml above to tpa/preset/custom and turn on-off-on-off the phone and connect to SEUS. Them am I done perfectly?
And i'm so glad if you can find out .xml for sri lanka so I can write blogs in my lang.
