guys, i need some help. I have a w20 zylo. I have got a memory card slot problem. Whenever i insert a memory card and go to my file manager, it says about formatting, which is normal. When i say yes to format, it asks for phone password. As i put it and start formatting, it says please wait and then, each time, it says formatting failed. I tried flashing the phone, but no use. What should i do now? Please help.

Try to format card with pc.

that's it. reformat your micro SD card using SD adapter through the 5in1 slot of your PC or Laptop. just a quick format will do.. then reinsert it to your mobile phone. have a restart.. and that will do until it boots.. hope it helps.
