Hello Every1,
everything on my k850i is working fine except main camera. when i open camera it shows colourful vertical lines and pics are the same coloured lines. when i shoot video the audio is perfect but the video is colourful lines.
can reinstalling/updating firmware help ? how can i fix it? phone and messaging working all fine ..

Check with the service menu first. If not work, then flash your phone.

If reflashing doesn't fix the cam, then check the camera socket.

This is the Camera SCreen And pic/video result ... this is one is panorama mode btw
i have tried flashing it with latest firmware but no effect !!
