i have zylo and its CID has 81......

1.what is work of CID in a phone?
2.can i get CID 53 in phone

Its a chip.
More the cid, less you can hack it.
And no. You cant downgrade it.

What I tend to say is, it was embed into chip(like that)
Cant get correct word.

cid is the security/protection used by sony ericsson to prevent the phones being used by third party softwares like setool or xs etc.
I read somewhere that cid stands for customer identity but i'm not sure.

you mean softwares like setool xs support only lower cid than cid 53

Those tools only support CID52 and lower A1 phones.

You cannot change CID of any A2 models.
