Why don't you flash generic fw?

EDIT just used seus und it comes up your phone has the latest software installed

Well then, downgrade your fw with wotan.
Add the correct cda number for the region you need(wait for someone to write cda for you. Meanwhile, downgrade with wotan).
Then update it via seus.

What is your current fw version?

Please don't flash it using wotan if you don't have cda number for your region, because it's branded and wotan doesn't have the branded fw you need.

If SEUS said his fw is latest, then it must be R7EA011.

Have you modded your phone by uploading customize_upgrade.xml / default_upgrade.xml file(s)?
If yes, then follow this to restore your CDA:

Even with latest firmware installed in your phone, if your phone has correct and valid cda number (and revision) SEUS will provide reinstall option (there will be an 'install' button on the bottom right corner of SEUS window.

What's wrong in using generic firmware flashed with wotan?
