Hi, I need to repair my Sony ericsson W810i. It stopped working suddenly. Please let me know the complete procedure for repairing firmware. Its not hardware problem. Its software issue. I searched any relevant topic, but I did not find any topic on updating or repairing firmware of W810i.

When you say it's stopped working suddenly, you mean it's not turning on or?

Its turning on, but when I turn on, the phone hangs, switches off by itself. Lost all my settings, images, files, etc. while I call, it just hangs, even when I message its stops or restarts.
