A year ago, we heard about Sony (Ericsson) releasing its first dual core smart phone with the name Xperia duo but as you all know, there has not been a phone released with the name Xperia duo from Sony to date.

Now, in 2012 we have something more to say about the phone. This time the information is that, Sony Mobile has registered the same trademark with the United States Patent Trademark Office dated March 28. We expect the phone would release globally. Nothing about the specifications nor the pictures are available.
