the tutorial informs this too [This tutorial was tested on my mobile phone with some good, but still there is risk of failure at the flashing process ]

how much risk is there to flash the phone?
anyone else tried this?
is the process safe enough?

Downgrading a Nokia is a risky process. Do not do it if you don't know how to recover the phone.
