how to set .swf as wallpaper or screen saver?

Why you cant? You should be able to set it either from display setting or file manager.

Is it giving any error in setting?try changing from settings>display>wallpaper

oh sorry
i tried setting it by opening swf file
if i open so its a browser cant set...
now its okay i can set in file manager
