Hello, i have s500i and my BACK button is broken it don't work, can i put function that internet button is back key?

So you want back function assigned to internet key? This would require a patch or elf.

Tbh I think it's easier to fix the key though.

I dont have money i give my monitor to fix... I searched a lot of forums but i can't find elf or patch for this...

Only that this key use for restart phone and open opera or some video/pic etc

It seems like a flex cable or front board problem, they are very cheap parts, so I suggest you to fix the hardware.
