Is there any modded equaliser for cedar? How to add them? Or is it possible to edit the default equaliser?

You can do it with cu.xml. But dont know, it works for sure.

i think patch is complicated. and i haven't flashed my Cedar yet. still using the Factory Firmware.

You can use jjpatcher and that patch to change equalizer setting is already available in patch section.
