Accoding to my XS++ log above, my Firmware is R8BA024? And did you mean I need to replace R8BA024 by R8BF003? ("flash" means replace?)

No, not because it's the latest but because there are only 2 firmwares for K810 that can be security bypassed with executor.

@OP, Please read the KkScchaos's guide carefully but in essence this is what you need to do once you have flashed R8BF003 Generic main (linked above)...

2. Copy executor.b (from K810/R8BF003_CXC1250210_GENERIC_WI.zip), executor.jar and customize_upgrade.xml (from db2020.zip) to tpa/preset/custom with jdflasher (DB2020 script > ofs)
3. Disconnect correctly (see step 11) and reinsert battery.
4. Switch on and run Executor from Games folder.
5. When phone turns off, reinsert battery again (DO NOT TURN ON)
6. Connect to jdflasher using the qa2020.xml included in anycid package.
7. Select BFlash.
8. Flash R8BA024 Generic main firmware mbn file.
9. Flash qapatch: http://forums.se-nse...post__p__922453
10. Flash unlock patch: http://forums.se-nse...post__p__922453
11. Shutdown Jdflasher correctly by pressing ".." in the top corner of the window until you see "Are you sure" and press "yes".
12. Resinsert battery once again, turn on and enjoy patch unlocked phone.

So, I need to do K810_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED53.mbn -> oflash before anything else? And after that, I must forget R8BA024 and at some step, use K810_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED53.mbn to make .rest file and .vkp file?

You flash R8BF to use executor then flash R8BA again. Read my previous post.

You just said "flash R8BF to use executor then flash R8BA again", you meant two files: R8BF and R8BA.
I think I should always use only one file R8BF?
