Hello, I have a SE w850i and it was fine till a few days from now.
Whenever
I get a SMS,
I try to goto my Inbox (or into messages in general)

It takes a loooong time to load. I tried emptying my inbox,sent,saved and all. But still the same.
My messages are saved to the phone and the sim has nothing.
When I receive a SMS when its in standby, it vibrates and the screen becomes white for like 5 seconds before displaying the new event screen. This delay is there whenever I try to do something related to messaging.

any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you reflash it and see if that helps.

Me too have similar problem when I have around 11000 msgs in my cedar . The problem exists even after I deleted all. Then I master reset my phone and the problem solved
You may try master reset at first.
