What is the difference between three items mentioned in topic title? And which is better in sound quality?

IEM-simple earphones
Earbud-little bit advanced than simple one
Headphones-according to me it is better one but it requires 3.5 mm jack

Are you serious asking this?
Even between the same kind of headset (for example: a type of iem manufactured by Sennheiser compared with another type of iem manufactured by the same company) doesn't have the same sound quality, and also good and bad in sound quality are subjective matter, they are personal taste.

thanks for the link r6680jc..
I heard somewhere that earbuds can't handle bass very well, why?

And, is there any risk when we play music through an IEMs for longtime? Because it's directly plug in the speakers in ear canal itself.

There will be risk if you're listening on load volumes, but if you listen only with an average volume level, there won't be any harm...

That's not true, even the mid-end earbud sennheiser mx-581 (only about US$30) can handle bass very well, for me it's even better than hpm-77.

Actually, that just the nozzles you plug in to ear canals, not the speakers, and yes, there are risks if we play music through IEM (not only IEM, but also earbud and headphone) for longtime if we set the audio volume too high.

so, which I should choose between earbuds and IEMs for long time usage in a noisy place?

Anyway I'm still worried about IEMs design. Does it'll damaged our ears?

IEMs have better sound isolation than earbuds, so go for IEM if you mostly use it in noisy places.

every kind of headsets (iem, earbud, small sized headphone, medium sized headphone, full sized headphone) could damage your hearing, not just IEM, so take care of the volume.

Sound magic E-10 and DBE HF30 rev2 are two good choices for that price range.

Sound magic E-10:

DBE HF30 rev2:
http://www.kantong-k...?id_product=577

Or maybe you want to check other iems:
http://www.kantong-k...?id_category=56
That's an Indonesian website, but the product descriptions are in English.
The price is in Rupiah (Rp/IDR), USD1 = Rp8.500 - Rp9.500.
I'm not suggesting you to buy from that website, just use it as refference.

I think I will go for SOUND MAGIC E10, because it has good review and got some awards. :p

but unfortunately the 'add to cart' button on that product is unavailable to click, is it out of stock? :(

Would you refer me another optional trusted (web)store?
Oh ya, I'm also an Indonesian, I live in Bekasi. :)
