can't download files larger than 1MB

i had a problem i go to market app and if i want to download skype etc o another program bigger than 1mb it gives me and error says "downloading stopped because of error(413)" so i go to internet browser and then to market and again if i want to download it gives me error but not that error it gives me html error so i thinked and decided to go 4shared to download apk program and there gives me same html error i go to konon.mobi want to download app 11mb and again gives me html error via opera mini it just do nothing not downloading a 11mb file even a 3mb file but if i choose 1mb file it downloads when what is the problem?wtf?  :cry:

I think your provider restrict you to download bigger file.

I think this is  because of most web traffic.

then i have this sim with the same operator inserted in w595 i can download 100mb files and no problems somethings wrong not with the operator or sim  :cry:

Error413 - Request Entity Too Large : The request is larger than the server is willing or able to process. Contact your service provider.

and what can i say im usint phone not for contract vith the operator,some people said that i need to update my phone but it then be 4version and i cant use walkman :( and i fear to brick my phone updating it has warranty 2 years

so what to do?

Try updating, if it fails then flash your phone with the current firmware that you are using now.

Error 413 is also html error. When i google for it i got the answer as that is a server problem. And thats why i ask you to contact your network. Are you sure the problem is in phone only and not in network?

i'll try to use another sim with diferent operator, and i try using wifi then i post here if something happens if i success to download a file bigger than 5 mb,i'm new to android so i better give it to warranty center that they update phone,because i afraid myself to brick new phone   :no:
