I found some files in camera album folder without any extension. All file names are shown as boxes(like unsupported font). But the file tooks some memory. (Such files appeared only in java file manager like UniFM.) What is this?

They could be viruses (the virus got copied to the memory card when you connected it with PC) or there is a problem with memory card.

Even though it's viruses i believe it can't harm the phone.

It is not a virus. I can delete it by java File Managers. And i renamed them with the extension of .txt, but when i open with default File manager the .txt files shows an image.

Well delete them anyway. There's obviously something wrong there somewhere.
