I want to know about emptyboard procedure. is it possible to flash with lower cid (cid81 to cid53) and change security certificate (red to brown) by emptyboard procedure?

in SE phones, emptyboard writing is writing software and data to the empty chip (it could be newly installed otp chip and or newly installed flash chip or old flash chip that has beed emptied).
