Edit:
Its not Sony Ericsson Xperia S.
Its Sony Xperia S.
Correct it.

Since last january, its just sony. The european union has agreed the take-over of the eleven year old joint firm by the japanese electronic giant SONY.
And Xperia S is the companies first product. To be launched in the upcoming Mobile world Congress, february 28.
