Hi,

Ive been working on getting the W810 display driver to run on the K750. Ive managed most of it and my progress is uploaded
but the one problem I have is using the init string on the W810 to run on the K750. It works and inits the phone but it makes the screen colours inverted (eg, black background and green text. with the W810 init string ; it goes white background and pink text ) . Anybody got any info on that?
The power on+off string from the W810 driver will not work as it starts the phone with a whitescreen and you cannot switch off the phone   . So ; ive replaced those strings with the K750 ones.
Oh yeah please remember that the W810 has a different screen and a light sensor so I doubt the K750 will go as dark as the W810

Ok, Ive updated the driver. Code is a bit rewritten. Give results back please if you are testing. Init String is still not changed but you should no problems with pictures and videos. Picture previews show up fine and pictures and videos start fine.

Beta2 isnt as complete as beta1 but it is less buggier so I recommend that version. It would also be nice if someone could carry on my work as I cannot anymore as I actually own a W810 and I do not have a K750 anymore.

Is this so that you can run a k750 with a w810 screen? Or is is so you get a nicer looking picture?

Better looking picture. Atm the K750 is incompatible with the init string and power on and power off string which will do something on W810s but on a K750...
The Init string is partly compatible but it inverts the screen so i'm going to try and investigate the variables.

I want to try and fix my phone tbh yet before I try anymore things. Its kinda hard to test a display driver when you cant get past the phone locked screen (my 7 don't work and guess what? 7 is the 1st digit )

Oh is that about the keypad problem you have?

Did your mate have a t6 or have you acquired one yet?

Btw, how do you use FAR manager on a w810i which is not CDA36?

You use hendrix's PhoneXS. It takes 5 hours to brute force but now you can use patches which change locations of things so you dont have to.

Hmm, any ideas which portion controls that in the display.dat file?
