Try by rename the file into en.lng if it was EN.LNG. Because, lng files are case sensitive.

What do you mean not working. Just register and use the wotan client software and it is free to flash.

Faced the same problem. Used Matte UI lng, I had the full extracted FS of ELM, but still after flashing the original en.lng, English language is not showing up in the phone language menu. :( Since my phone is CID 80 RED, so I couldn't make a backup from the phone itself.

The most important thing about lng files is text revision.

Edited the Matte UI's en.lng to add 'Options' and 'Back' text. And now it's working fine without flashing!  :good:
