I like the design, tho not the part with silver and below, should've been full black imo. And the shape is a bit to rectangular, other than that it seems like a nice phone. Lets hope it's not made in plastic like the X10 etc.

I think that they said it's made out of aluminum at CES.

The prices I have seen so far are less than the release prizes of HTC and Samsung.

No they won't. Dummy phones are history, as S(E) said.

I guess you mean dumb phones?

Dummy phones are those cases without working hardware as seen in some stores.
