Hi guys :)
I have a problem with my brother's Vivaz.
since few days ago, he could insert any SIM card and Vivaz would work, but since recently when i insert his, or my card from one network, and turn on the phone, it says "insert SIM card", but when i put a SIM card from his operator, it works perfectly.
so, what can be the problem?
i doubt it's locked.

Phones don't just lock themselves. Normally when you try a different sim in a locked phone you get "Insert correct SIM", not "Insert SIM card".

no, i doubt it's locked, in that case it would be insert correct sim.
thanks but i updated his firmware with PC Companion so all settings are on default, i think.
i don't have that phone with me anymore, but i will contact him tomorrow to check that settings.
