How to change write new MSG UI like to DB3150 in my W995
and someone can tell me how to show time  clock like this Wallpaper，use ELF or other???

Depending on what phone that screen is from it could be either elf (dclock and mystandby) or flash.

Have you save the script as customize_upgrade.xml then upload to tpa/preset/custom?
