Maybe I'm just greedy for me, while I'm holding my K750 after the announcement of 4 high-end models earlier this year

My Blog - It's new, be nice :)
In reference to the recent UFO crashing into a wind turbine up't north, suspected "an ultrasecret robot stealth aircraft project hinted at by MoD";
"El Reg rang the MoD for clarification as to what material it has which could be classified as more secret than top secret, but a spokesman said: "That's so secret it's beyond above top secret, I'm afraid." ®"

The fact that they introduced another variant of the K600(the best looking in my opinion) somewhat dissapoints me.Also there wasnt any smartphone and that is bad cause SE is absent from a growing market.Personally I cant see any success for the J210.
The Z520 although it reminds me of Alcatel I really like it.
I dont really like the S600 but I suprisingly like the W600.

1: it's not a smartphone
2: no external memory
3: only for the US
SE, you're not listening! We NEED new smartphones
And SE would be crazy not to have a w600i, they should have made it quad-band like the z520a/i
edit: and boy do we need the tax revenue now!

I just realized than none of the s600i, z520i/a, w600a have a memory slot. I just assumed they all would
I know that SE released mid-range models today but I guess I never thought a memory slot as JUST highend now
I don't feel so bad about geting my k750 and not waiting for the quad-band zoe now. I almost had some buyer remorse.
[ added ] Totally MikLSP. By releasing zoe they showed they have the quad-band ability/technology. Unless they thought the w600 wouldn't make it in Europe with no memory slot ?
edit: and boy do we need the tax revenue now!

I had high hopes and was again dissapointed. I know that SE probably will launch high-end and smartphones later this year, but I`m way to impatient for that....
I try to thing logically why SE don`t launches a new smartphone (s) but I`m stuck. Can`t find one reason at all. I know after a launch there is always better modells, spec wise on the horizon, and we will never be fully satsfied, but on the other hand, other manufacturers throws out new handset who suits all....
I`m not saying that SE shoulg go "Nokia" on us, but seriously a upgrade for the Pseries is well due, and has been for a couples of months.

Out of the phones mentioned today, the S600 is about the only one that interests me. Decent camera, proper HTML browser and two stereo speakers. The others are nothing amazing, more middle-of-the-road affair. Good, just nothing that stands out and makes me want it.
And nothing with Wi-Fi!

The handsets announced today are all aimed at the low to mid-range markets, whicg are market segments SE has been rather devoid of support in relative to the likes of Nokia or Samsung.
Of course we all wanted to see high-end products, especially a new P series, but one has to look at such an omission rationally. It could be that SE have been waiting to see what the competition were introducing in terms of smartphones this year and have waited accordingly so as to release a new smartphone that competes with these new devices in the best possible way. SE want to make money and I don't think they would be keeping a new smartphone back for the sake of it, there will be a logical reason for the delay.

By the way: uiq.com seemed to be down today for quite a long time. If they had to pull back a press release?
