Pleased with the feedback they got about the alpha ROM they released last week, Sony Ericsson published a blog post saying thanks to the public. They also requested to participate in a survey and let them know what more the customers need from them. From the comments they already received,  they have added some features and some are still in consideration as further tests are needed to make sure the finalised ROM is a fine tuned one. Also, they were not reluctant in publishing the features they are currently working on, to be included in the upcoming update. They are:

• Groups in the list of contacts.
• A mix of the Ice Cream Sandwich vanilla gallery app and the Sony Ericsson gallery app.
• The popular swipe to write feature, currently available in the Gingerbread software.

So, from what we hear from them, there is serious work in progress in the Sony Ericsson labs and lets hope the finalised ICS they serve will be delicious! source: sonyericssonblog
