when i connect my hazel to pc sometime's this message pop up

i have plugin usb to another port as suggested in pop up message but nothing changed Posted Image

i am also having such problems sometimes.
i think its because of the fastport :confused:
when i reconnect the cable to phone the problem is solved.

Such message appears for my zylo when i connect to a usb hub which is connected to the back panel usb ports of my win 7 PC But never on the front panel usb ports. May be thats the difference :) . If my zylo starts charging i take it for granted that it is connected and it does connect. Never cared what message pops up.:p

just want to know how to use this feature to get hi-speed if possible.

maybe that port doesn't. support. USB 2.0 features
