Hi, i just bought a Xperia Neo and i'm loving it.
I would like to know how can i remove the system apps? Just rooting?

And about the GPS, it need internet connection? There's any GPS application thatdoesn't need internet?

no, you cant remove system apps by rooting, you have to install a custom rom if you really want to remove, and GPS just gives the position of device, it does not gives the maps, you need internet connection for maps

Yup. Just rooting will allow you to remove system apps. :)

No. Use Titanium Backup/Root Explorer.

Unless you find an offline map application from the market (or google andnav2)

i see.So, all android phones need internet connection...

See above. The maps can be got/made from your computer as well as downloading as you go via your phone, using mapnik as the provider.

The links are there to be found, but I have gave you (and others) instructions to get them

seems that andnav doesn't have brasil maps
