My headset MH100 that came along with the handset is not turning on.. what should i do.?

I don't know why MH-100 was included in the Aino's package, but the cheaper version/simple package doesn't contain MH-100 in the package, maybe it's a marketing strategy, you better ask that question to SE for clarification.
