hello guys...... just asking... how do i convert the youtube videos to a high quality mp4 format that is playable on my sony ericsson k770i.... is there any online converter.. please help.... thanks a lot...

Do you need exactly online or you just guessed? Youtube Downloader can convert videos once downloaded

Then convert using format factory.

Guys if you got to convert anything online in best quality.
Its flvto.com
Clipconverter cant convert at more than 780kbps bitrate.
In the former, its entirely upto you.
Besides the frame rate is adjusted to 24fps and quite convinient for my cedar as I usually convert in nhd resolution and if its 30fps as in clipconverter, the phone skips frames during playback
