Being a new user to the Android system on my SE x10 Mini I was taken by surprise to the user friendliness and the smart & sexy style of  the stock SE 2.1 ROM. I used it for ten days and (as expected) the old itch to mod my phone like my older Naite came back :p

I looked upon the net for best custom roms which offered superb performance along with user friendliness and soon arrived on xda forums.

Upon entering there and browsing a bit my choice narrowed down to miniCM6 and miniCM7.

MiniCM6 is possibly the BEST custom ROM for the x8,x10 mini,x10 mini pro phones! It is based on Android 2.2 (Froyo) and beats the stock ROM hands down! SOme of the features include:

1.Native App2SD

2.Increased application performance (Quadrant score is almost doubled in it!)

3.Ability to overclock to increase performance in games or apps (600MHz->650Mhz->710Mhz) or downclock to save hours on the battery(600MHz->480Mhz->320Mhz->245Mhz)

4.Tethering

5.More and more widgets!

etc.

So guys,if you own any of these phones then please do some justice to your smartphones and give them the power of MIniCM6!

MiniCM7 is also available but for now it is having one bug i.e the camera can take photos only in vga mode(strict no-no!) so i wouldnt recommend it to a photosnapper (like me!) .The bug would be taken care of soon! :)

All hail to the developer Nobodyatall! :D

You can post your queries below. :)

This is a X10 Mini thread. What you want is a X8 thread/ROM. In other words you are looking in the wrong place ;)

In other words, try here: http://forum.xda-dev...splay.php?f=849
