The app isn't very accurate.
I get write speeds between 8 and 12MB/s, will do some more tests and post a screen from this app.
And a test with the app "SD Tools"

+50MB/s read is pretty much unrealistic.

My speeds.
In the "SD Tools" test I scored 13+MB/s write and 15+MB/s read before, but forgot to make a screenshot.
Anyway, I think that are good speeds for a 35€ 16GB class10 card with 11.6GB data on it.

Got my Patriot 32GB class 10 today, first run was write @ 13+MB/s and read @ 35+MB/s, but starting from the second test it is write @ 10.5MB/s and read @ 20MB/s.
I'd say that are good results for a 32GB card :)
