Hey there,

I need some help collecting some of the Device ID's from Android phones.

I made an application that will write out each Device ID. I beleive all Sony Ericsson Androids will have same ID therefore i'll only need from other brands (if someone would like to you can see if X10 mini differs from mine below).

This is my result from the app:

Device ID: \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0, Device ID: WDC WD5000AAKS-00UU3A0 ATA Device
Device ID: \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1, Device ID: Seagate Desktop USB Device
Device ID: \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE2, Device ID: SEMC Mass Storage USB Device

SEMC Mass Storage USB Device << this part is intressting.

Download Android ID app:

Thanks in advance.

Edit:
Noticed a miss in my app, i want the second Device ID :p

Assuming your phone is connected without USB debugging then it will show as SEMC device as the drivers required are for removable hard drive (which is why its showing as that) ;)

Same as when you put an A1 or A2 phone into file transfer mode
