I can't install the apps from this thread to my phone.. when first loading for opera mini's welcome screen, It's always say that.. "Content Blocked By Operator" or something like that..  so I'm unable to enter the OM's home screen..

Any chance to make this apps work for my phone?

You're using TSEL right? Try unsigned version from post #41, I have no problem using that version.

Why I can't use the signed one? Is there any difference between unsigned and siged apps?

Don't know the reason but there's no difference (apart from the signing) between them.
