You can't use it on Windows, only Linux.

goggle for virtual box and see for yourself? is that so hard?
and about ubuntu, how can that be hard for you? it's the most friendly UI for people who use windows

Or better, try XS++ 3.1 (Darwin) for windows. And if you want to mod it, then try FAR+JDflasher.

No, Ubuntu is NOT most user-friendly for Post-Windows users. Kubuntu is most friendly!

Yes, you can download irt for WIndows ( XS++.exe ) , install WIne in Ubuntu, and launch XS++.exe just like WIndows app from Ubuntu.
