Could someone translate the use of the *.vkp patch files on the page "Patches files for k750 r1ca021" at Topsonys homepage? I don't seem to get it translated by Babelfish and I don't know spanish so I don't know the description of each file.

Can I use these patches on my phone k750i?

When I have patched the phone with a vkp file - can I revert back to how it was before if I want to?

first make sure that you've downloaded right versions of patches. there are different vkp files for different firmware versions. check your currently installed fw version on your phone, and download corresponding vkp files.

but 1 screenshot (or step) is missing in the tutorial above. when you drag a vkp patch to Flash/memory, a "Copy" dialog appears. You must click copy and continue to next step described in the tutorial above.

I'm from Spain, what do you want to know?, and here is another page with all patches (I hardly think thats all...) for k750 R1CA021 and R1DB001 and for w800 R1BC002. If you want to know what this patches do, only ask me (because the explanation here is in spanish, too)

I managed to cut and paste text from topsony and that way translate it in Babelfish, so I understand the most part of the description of the patches.

the best patches are found at http://www.mobilefre...modules/patches

most of the descriptions are english

but in that page the patches are not the newest ones, they are in the vkp thread. I follow that thread and put the new pathces in my page. For example, in http://www.mobilefre...modules/patches the last patch for w800 is "replace_mp4_video_icon", but in the thread there are 5 newer patches since that one.
And sorry if my english is so bad.
