If you're lucky...you will be lying in a museum...embalmed and with a sign saying "The last se-nse survivor". You have to admit that the universe is a beautiful thing...and I would be a snob if I say that I don't think that somewhere out in the Universe there is life on many other planets.

I'd say that the Universe is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO big, that there must be LOTS of inhabited planets.

Yes it is BIG..but we can't visit those planets...Damn Dark Age..it slowed our technological advance with hundreds of years

I don't think travel to other star systems will ever be possible. Unless of course we can build a craft that can travel at near light speed. Even then it would take years to reach even the nearest star. The other possibility is a wormhole. These exist at an atomic level, we just need to know how to enlarge them and work out how to keep them open long enough for a craft to go through it. Simple really!

Simple if...as I said before...The Dark Ages wouldn't have existed...just imagine the technological advance from the last 20 years. We as a race have the possibility to reach that technological level...of course if we pass 2012 that is.
