Antares is the 15th brightest star in the sky. It is more than 1,000 light years away!

Now try to get your head around this...

Now, how big are we?

...Keep life in perspective ;)

Pluto is not a star, it's made of rocks and stars are all made of plasma. it's a dwarf planet. check in Wiki ;)

Pluto, formal designation 134340 Pluto, is the second-largest known dwarf planet in the Solar System (after Eris) and the tenth-largest body observed directly orbiting the Sun. Originally classified as a planet, Pluto is now considered the largest member of a distinct group called the Kuiper belt.
anyway now 1 year it says to a local TV post that is not anymore a planet and considered a star.

Well they're wrong. Pluto IS NOT a star. Antares is a star, our sun is a star, pluto is not.

It will, in about 3 billion years turn into a red giant and swallow most of the planets until it explodes into a super nova. Then all that will remain is a white dwarf.
