Hi, I'm new here, I'm from Colombia, so, my english in not so good.

I need somebody to help me, last tuesday, I was flashing my W800 using FAR, when I wrote the Main and the FS files, I tried to turn my phone on and it didn't do so, the computer didn't recognize it anymore either, so, I took it to a friend who has a USB smart box, after 4 days of hard work he could bring my beloved W800 to life again, but the version of my firmware is now the following: R1N035 and I have no references about it, does anybody here know about this version??? now, I'm afraid of flashing it again, even of turning it into RED because it got BROWN again; i would really appreciate your help, please tell me what to do, shall I turn it into red again using FAR??? or is it better if I take it there again to do it with the USb Smart Box?? the problem is that my friend doesn't live in my city so it isn't cheap for me, please guide me, tell me what to do...

Best to avoid this release. R1BC is the best version out currently. See the flashing with davinci+FAR method (links in the Free Firmware Flashing FAQ)

thanks very much to all of you who have helped me with my doubts; there is something else I want you to tell me, Can I use FAR to turn my phone into RED again??? because it got BROWN and I really want it to be RED, I mean if there is any danger if I use FAR to flash the EROM in order to turn it into RED with the FAR method???? thanks again...
